Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You will find the applicable conditions on this page.

Important: You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect installation.

Return shipping cost is payable by the customer. 

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will refund full purchase price of the relevant item(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.

Refunds may be denied for item found misused, abused, normal wear & tear and incorrect installation.

Items redeem using points are non-returnable.
